Kristin holds a Master of Arts in psychology and has been working in the field of leadership development for over 20 years. She is skilled in asking powerful questions to ensure clarity of goals, accountability and outcomes. Kristin is passionate about transparency, adaptability, and global mindedness which she employs while assessing opportunities from both a strategic and systems perspective.
Pierre Rivera
Pierre has used his honors work in psychology from Stanford University to help organizations and individuals succeed in diverse industries for over 20 years. Whether consulting with local government and Fortune 10 companies, or coaching people on their wellness journey, he is passionate about finding evidence-based, pragmatic solutions to move the needle forward.
Christine VeLure Roholt
Christine has taught, trained and practiced in leadership education and development programs in higher education, non-profits, and for-profit firms for over 20 years both in the US and globally. She grounds her work in practices of adaptive leadership, social change, and the development of intercultural competence in order to thrive with difference. Collaborating with individuals and organizations to live into their mission, so they can live out their vision is key for success.
Mara Stommes, M.A.
Mara has a Masters of Arts in Educational Psychology and experience in working within consulting and career coaching. She takes a collaborative, values-based and personalized approach with those she works with. Mara is keen on understanding how culture influences systems and individuals and uncovering opportunities for change that are in alignment with future goals.
